Hi everyone.
The process of creating a blog is something which was pretty straightforward, although I had to enable cookies on my browser to be able to create a blog.
I haven't really used blogs before so it will be interesting to see if it is a positive experience (my PhD supervisor keeps encouraging me to use a private blog or pebblepad entries to keep a research diary).

- I'm writing a thesis on Cult TV, so... Supernatural (the focus of my PhD), Heroes (such great scriptwriting!), Lost, Only Fools and Horses (no matter how many times you watch them they never become any less funny), Prison Break... etc, etc.

- There are so many...Raging Bull (if I just had to pick one, this would be it), Rocky, Rambo, Million Dollar Baby, Girlfight, Gladiator, Die Hard, Kung Fu Hustle, Chopper, Snatch, The Machinist, Desperado, Oldboy, Play It To The Bone, The Godfather, Reservoir Dogs, Grindhouse, Coach Carter, Remember the Titans, The Hurricane, Man On Fire, Price of Glory.

Hi Ian. Congratulations on setting up and posting to your blog.
This blog can be used as a learning log of your experiences for the rest of the course, as well as anything else that you might like to add that may not course-related.
I agree with your supervisor about keeping a research diary. PebblePad would be good for this.
